The construction and delivery of this modular building took place in two stages, and it combines both sale and rental. The building provides facilities for a construction company that is building a major, long-term project on the site. The two-storey building provides office space, including a kitchen and sanitary facilities. The modules are connected by modular corridors. Our 360° SERVICE supplied cable trays with extra sockets and IT cabling. The outdoor area is illuminated by LED lights with motion sensors, and we naturally also included emergency indoor lighting. The building is equipped with air conditioning, which can also heat the building when it's cold. We also supplied 360° SERVICE office and wardrobe furniture.
